Fresh Dartmouth Crab on Toast with a mango and chilli salsa

Confit Duck Leg on garlic dauphinoise with wilted greens and a wild mushroom and cognac sauce

Fresh fillet of Bream en papillote, cooked in white wine, lemon, garlic and rosemary, served with salad and crushed potatoes
